Terms & Conditions – Pet First Aid Course
1. Payment terms
Our standard payment terms are that payment in full is taken at booking.
Should circumstances mean that you need to transfer to another Course date, the following charges will apply, dependent on notice given:
First transfer, made more than six weeks prior to the course start date – no charge
Further Transfers will attract a re-booking fee of £25.
All transfers must be taken within a period of six months from the original course date.
3. Cancellation policy
No refund will be provided in case of booking cancellation or no-show.
4. Unforeseen circumstances
On occasion, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel a workshop. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
5. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are free from any condition which could affect undertaking the course.
6. You may be required to work on the floor or from a table depending on the activity. If this is a problem, you should let us know in advance to make sure we can offer appropriate assistance.
7. We welcome attendees with disabilities but it remains your responsibility to ensure that you notify us of any additional needs you may have in advance. Should you need additional assistance requiring you to bring a friend to help you, we ask that you discuss this with Courses at Canissage-one2one, in advance.
8. Food is not available at the course other than tea/coffee and biscuits.
Physiotherapy complies with the 1962 veterinary exemption order. Details of the conditions of treatment can be seen on the RCVS website.
